The detailed inflation figures for the year to September 2024 are as follows:
- CPI inflation was 1.7% in September 2024 (Index: 134.2), down from 2.2% in the year to August
- RPI* inflation was 2.7% in September 2024 (Index: 388.6), down from 3.5% in the year to August
- CPIH inflation was 2.6% in September 2024 (Index: 133.5), down from 3.1% in the year to August
