June 2023 inflation data
The UK’s inflation rate in June 2023, as measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), was 7.9%.
The detailed inflation measures for the year to June 2023 are as follows:
- CPI inflation was 7.9% in June 2023 (Index: 131.5), down from 8.7% in the year to May
- RPI* inflation was 10.7% in June 2023 (Index: 376.4), down from 11.3% in the year to May
- CPIH inflation was 7.3% in June 2023 (Index: 129.4), down from 7.9% in the year to May
