Pay data: three months to February 2024

Two research bodies have published pay data for the three months to the end of February 2024.

  • XpertHR recorded a median basic pay award of 4.8% across the whole economy for the three months to the end of February 2024. It’s predicting that the median award for all employee groups in 2024 will be 4.0%.
  • Incomes Data Research shows the median pay award at 5.0% for the three months to February (interquartile range: 4.0% to 6.0%).
