COVID-19: updated ACAS guidance

ACAS has updated its coronavirus guidance for employers and employees.

The revised guidance on coronavirus and work now covers what to do if an employee gets COVID-19, self-isolation for COVID-19, and keeping everyone safe at work. The ACAS guidance for employees and employers on Long Covid has also been updated to include sickness absence because of Long Covid and whether Long Covid is treated as a disability. The main changes are the removal of guidance on getting the COVID-19 vaccine, workplace testing for COVID-19, and what to do if staff are worried about going to the workplace.
